@XhristinaMacey Instead of walking up the Royal Mile towards the castle you walk down hill on High Street then onto Canongate. It's as if you were heading for Hollyrood but close is on left not far from the bottom.

Thank you x I recently had a wobble and kicked myself out of ketosis quite badly for a day, I lost my self respect and ate a few chocolate bars and a pack of biscuits the damage it did was masssive, blood pressure head aches inflammation, first time out of ketosis in a long time and I’m glad to be rushing back to better rhythms. Never want to go back to just thinking food is something you eat until you’re full not caring what it is, I’ve learned so much and come such a long way, and now I’m 50 it’s more important for me x nice to hear from you thanks for watching you inspire me to make more videos x

@LayneStaley-en-Martin whole single ingredient foods are the best, I hate how we treat animals as products, the teaching of religion ✝️ has a lot to blame for the suffering of animals, it’s horrific how we keep chickens etc breaks my heart ❤️ wish things were better
