I love that we can't tell whether or not Tech is joking with noting the date and time of Wrecker's satiety. Also, isn't it fun that we have two Star Wars shows with children who are older than their parents?

This is one of my personal favorite episodes that are more character focused on our main group. I always love seeing character details for Tech and even Hunter, seeing him tell Omega to have fun while relaxed with a drink and a smile was actually SUPER wholesome and I grinned big. Granted of course it didn't last too long but still lol

Im a 34 year old man, and this episode nearly brought me to tears lol. It was so emotional seeing this crew who, by all means have been thru hell. This episode was the first time we got to see them actually happy for once, and gave a glimpse into a possible future of safety and security on this planet. When they were eating and viewing the sunset, Omega on the boat back on the water, it was bliss, and something these characters deserve so much of. It really was such a special and unexpected thing to see in The Bad Batch, and I loved it.

The wording of the messge from CID was significant, 90% sure there was a message hidden in the signal. This is a common trope in SciFi.

Omega is probably only a year or two older than Hunter who himself is probably only 11 or 12. I believe the regular clones mature and graduate from their training at 10. Hunter and his team likely didn't go into action until the final year of the Clone Wars which themselves only lasted around 3 years.

I personally can see Crosshair on Pabu. After the frozen planet in the outpost I think he deserves a tropical island home, as well as maybe also helping repair the damages caused by the tsunami could a step in the direction of atoning for the destruction he helped the empire with.

I've got a theory. We know, through multiple shows and movies, that the force flows through all living things, because of midi-chlorians. But maybe midi-chlorians can't be cloned. So clones don't have a connection with the force. This wouldn't be good for Palpatine, as he needs to clone a new body. And without midi-chlorians, he wouldn't have a connection to the force. Maybe the Bad Batch and Omega are different. That would explain why Hunter can sense things, before they happen and how Crosshair is so accurate, and why the cloners are after Omega. It would also explain why they have an interest in Crosshair. Just a thought.

1-Only way Cid ruins this is if she is tracking their ship. Albeit possible, I find it unlikely that Tech would let something like that happen. They are literally on the run so I feel like he would have thought of that and checked the ship. Admittedly, he could have just as easily missed a well hidden/disguised tracker. 2- I could see Crosshair living there if they can undo anything that the Empire will do/has done to his mind. Pabu is literally a paradise complete with space sushi. Anyone can live there. 3- Ship it!

The disaster on Pabu... yeah... it's the writers. When they're trying to do something, sometimes their hand is a little heavy. What are the odds that the Bad Batch comes to Pabu, and that very day, there is a once-in-a-lifetime earthquake and tsunami that devastates the island. About a zillion to one. But, the stakes had to be real for Omega and the guys. And, they were. And it all worked out. Yay. Will Cid cause problems? I don't know. I think they're going to come to cross purposes, and Cid will appear to sell them out, but I think that Omega touched a chord with Cid during that racing episode. And... I think Cid will come through in the end. Crosshair? Yeah... I agree... I don't think he's going to make it out of the season. He's so hardened by his service and what he does. Being a sniper is a whole different form of warfare than just the brute force of battle. My son is a Marine veteran. He was not a sniper, but he was the best shot in his platoon. And, he asked me about it. Is it necessary? In war, sure. But, you're not shooting hundreds or thousands of people in an all out kinetic engagement... you're shooting one person. At a time. Almost intimately. And, I think that sort of warfare would weigh heavily on someone's heart. My son is a softie. And, the Marines hardened him quite a bit. I think being a sniper would not have served him well. But, that's just me. I think Crosshair carries the weight of sniping, in general, and the sniping work he's doing for the empire is tantamount to murder. And, I think he's beginning to realize that. We'll see how it goes. Tech? Yeah... there's a little something there. I'm with you: I don't mind it. 😉 Thank you, Angela, for the watch. I'll look forward to the next one.

I'm hoping, for Pabu's sake, that Hemlock and company set a trap for the Batch. To draw them out, instead of somehow tracking them down. Especially when Cid sells them out; and characters like Rex and Echo are likely for use as bait. It would be more logical then the Empire finding out where they are.

Omega is now known by and sought by the Empire. Before only Kaminoans and the 2 bounty hunters knew of her existence, now things are different and she is in much more danger.

If Cid tries to squeal on the Bad Batch, I don't see it working out for her. She underestimates how much certain factions (like Dr. Hemlock) want to get hold of them. I predict she'll end up on the wrong end of an interrogation droid rather than getting a reward if she reports them to the Empire.
