Dr. Hemlock really is Hojo of Star Wars. Except Hojo was the main villain and didn't serve a greater enemy and Hemlock is disposable. I still hope we'll be told about what Project Necromancer is.

We pretty definitively know what Project Necromancer is about. The galaxy is to make Force sensitive Clones of Palpatine that he can transfer his spirit into in the event of his death. The difficulty is that cloning a Force sensitive is all but impossible. For some reason Omega seems to be the key to fixing that.

He's not the main villain, but he's an infamous rogue Apothecary hailing from the Emperor's Children Chaos Space Marine Traitor Legion who they plus most everyone hate Fabius for his nefarious, inhumane, disgusting & twisted experiments; his noticable accomplishments is that he managed to clone the Primarchs Horus and Fulgrim which only the Emperor can do
