Brett's Rant about Matt Eberfleus crappy Head Coaching post conference and blaming the players for execution is funny because Doug Pederson has been doing this ish for the Past 14 games. Blaming players, awful schemes, getting mad at reporters, and had the NERVE to say that we need a culture change. After we lost a VERY winnable games against the Texans this year... Doug Pederson was asked by reporters should he take away play calling for Press Taylor (who is horrible) and Doug Pederson responded by saying "Why would I do that? I think he called a Great Game". Its their is a clear fireable offense its that one RIGHT THERE!! Say way you will about Eberfleus. At least something he's doing is working...(Defense). NOTHING is working for Doug Pederson right now.

I feel bad for Caleb Williams...to be stuck with this coaching staff meanwhile having to listen to the constant comparison with Jayden Daniels...say what you want about Dan Quinn, atleast he is fundamentally competent as a coach. And while I understand that Daniels is doing something very special, its still there rookie year and they both need to learn and grow sufficiently before we pass our final judgement on the two. I mean, look at cj stroud over at Houston, as great as he was his rookie year, we can see that he still needs to develop some more before he can be truly elite

The whole bit of being compared to Jayden Daniels confuses me. Sure, the highlights are pretty, but his level of play isn’t sustainable. He’s already hurt 9 weeks in, he leaves the pocket often, most times when he has a clean one and takes off instead of manipulating the defense with his arm. Since 2018 most “athlete” QBs are struggling now in this era of the league. Only one that’s truly been elite has been Lamar. I love that dude. I think people need to slow the comparisons down and wait a couple of years before making judgement. Most Commanders fans wanted a trade up for Caleb, how they and other NFL fans bash him is beyond me. As if he’s supposed to transcend coaching and the structure around him which truly is sad.

In 1932, the bears let go their NFL championship winning head coach because of the great depression and the fact Halas could coach the team himself for free. Nearly 100 years later the bears still spend near if not the bottom on coaching. Coaching salaries aren't always disclosed because they aren't capped, but I saw a report that Matt Nagy was paid $100,000/year. I don't know if that's real, but if it is its hilarious to think my former college roommate made more money per year a year out of college than the largest single market NFL team's coach. If Halas hadn't made his grandkids get accounting degrees I'm sure they would have tried to be coaches themselves.

I guess that’s what you are saying though since we’re stuck with these coaches. If only this OL was put in positions where they knew the play and snap count to give themselves a half second head start to play with leverage.. Stark reality when you realize Eburflus is the 7th best HC in the division (LaFlaur, Campbell, O'Connel, Johnson, Flores, and maybe Hafley) oof. Kind of crazy how everybody saw this coming, but the Bears stuck with the bad coach and hamstrung their rookie QB going into his second year by learning an entire new offense. Hopefully, Caleb can overcome that.

Eberflus has been terrible in the 4th quarter of close games. His awful playcalling and clock management lost the Bears 3 games they should have won last year which is the differnce between 7-10 and 10-7 . And he has already choked away 2 games they had no buisness losing vs the Colts and Wokeskins this year . So 4-3 instead of 6-1 ! A decent HC would have won those games . Harbaugh was a slam dunk but they passed on him because the McCaskeys love their milk toast boring coavhes that dont challenge their authority. Waldren is a dogshit OC as well

Eberflus shudnt be a head coach. They could have built a powerhouse with Justin Fields and they get another top pick and even tho they brought in a new OC Waldron is barely better than Getsy was. Look at all the heat Greg Roman takes for his passing game but look what he did with Colin Keapenick and I think Fields is a better passer than Colin and the Niners didnt have elite receivers either. I just don't understand how so many NFL teams have coaches that arent that good. Im a longhorns fan and everyone thinks Sark is great but he sucks cuz he can't make adjustments when his gameplan duznt work and he is only winning cuz of recruiting. I'm an Eagles fan and even tho Moore and Fangio have fixed a lot of the Eagles issues I want Ben Johnson to be their coach next year cuz Sirriani really adds nothing to the program that a High school head coach cudnt offer. I was also mad at Fangio running a 2-4-5 early in the year and letting everyone shred the defense but he seems to have fixed some of those issues. I just don't understand how the NFL doesnt have more great coordinators cuz there are only about 10 really good ones and the other ones just run plays they find on film or already know against the defense they know those plays will beat but they don't know the rhyme or reason as to how to make a great gameplan or play call timing or setting stuff up. Matt nagy is the perfect example the dude cud make some dope ass plays but he didnt know how to call a consistent offense or make adjustments
