Hello Brandon, I appreciate your vulnerability in sharing these stories with us. A second video isn't necessary.

Wow. You actually were a Godsend to that lady. It was smart to get in touch with your Employee Assistance Program.

Let me add, after seeing the entire vlog, that these experiences you needed to share to bring a realistic view of cruising. I tend to live in a happy space on a cruise, not thinking or being aware of all the things that can happen on a ship. I appreciate you sharing the good, bad and ugly of cruising.

Thank you for sharing. My last cruise had a domestic/mental health issue. Several ship security at a room and a young man right by my door saying he would stay somewhere else, he just wanted her safe. There seemed to be alcohol involved. Ship security seemed very attentive and kind.

I don’t often comment on videos, but I wanted you to know that this video was emotional and brave! Thank you for sharing. Also, I would watch another video about the bad memories you have of cruising, because I’ve had my share of bad memories also, but I still love cruising!

Brandon, this was such a good video for you to make. I know some of the situations were difficult, but you handled them all perfectly. Keep cruising and sharing with us. Thank you. 😊

Given all of the different types of people and their problems on a cruise, these happenings are a reflection of society and humanity ~

There are no coincidences in life. You are meant to be in the place you are and have those experiences where you have helped other people. Because you are a good person, you reached out to help when no one else did. It's a GOD moment, and you can't change the outcome. Your video tells a story of humanity, in its worst moments; and thank you for being one of the good guys.

Brandon, you’re an amazing person to share with us the kinds of raw emotions that making this video created in you, and evokes in us as viewers! Do know that your engaging with that one cruiser likely saved their life! Good on you!! Jerry

I wondered Brandon of all the cruises you have taken was there some "Not so good incidents" or even not good cruises you experienced. The drunks onboard are one thing but that last one with the lady contemplating ending her life! That person is blessed you were there at that moment on your balcony talking to her which stopped a tragedy from happening! You could have just ignored it, but you didn't! You were there for a reason! Kudos to you! I'm ONLY at 21 cruises so far and luckily only recall maybe a handful of times of seeing incidents. They all involved passengers overindulging in alcohol. The 2014 Carnival Sensation Labor Day cruise stands out because of all the 40-ish aged men fighting and puking! I'll never do a Labor Day cruise ever again! Lol! The most recent one was our May 2024 cruise on Allure of the Seas. In the Solarium Bar a girl in a tiny bikini who had just turned 21 (had a drink package) was downing drink after drink. I overheard her say she was now legal, and it was her first cruise! She was stumbling drunk and her boyfriend just stood there and did nothing! The bartender could see she was drunk, and she needed to be cutoff but kept serving her drinks. She ends up throwing up all over one of the loungers!

Brandon, I appreciate this video more than I can say. I am a new cruiser, having sailed my first cruise this past May. I loved it so much I came home and booked four more cruises this coming year (three on Virgin). I had NO idea that bad things happen out at sea. I guess I thought every cruise would be a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for sharing that sometimes bad things happen on ships on vacation. Now I'll not be so shocked if anything unpleasant happens on any of my cruises. I very much appreciate the heads up!

Alcohol is a recurring theme. On my first cruise the couple next door fought, threw things and screamed the whole trip. In the future I would ask to change rooms.😊

As a frequent cruiser myself, and remembering that a cruise ship is like a small city, lots of things happen, both good and bad. You asked at the beginning whether you should do a second video to share more of these stories. The stories are fascinating, and while I'd appreciate hearing more, reliving some of these things seems to be a terrible emotional drain on you. As one of your regular viewers, I'd encourage you to not cause yourself so much pain and only share the stories that you're comfortable telling.

I love the stories, but I want to point out that it's odd that nearly all the AI-generated cutscenes are Asians. I'm Chinese and I'm like this is great for representation, but... a little odd.
