It's pretty much just a big joke game based on Signal Simulator. One of those games where the main substance of the game is basically just f'ing around with random silly crap. Expecting it to be like Signal Simulator is getting the wrong idea; it's more like Gmod with a Signal Sim minigame.

Honestly the sun event is creepy as hell. It's based on an SCP and is one of the ones that scare me the most. It's a black square because it's censored. Seeing it compels you to look at it and that will make you walk out into the light. If you're in direct sunlight it instantly turns you into a pile of goopy flesh, combining with others nearby. This flesh seeks out victims to bring into the light. They retain their memories but are doomed to an eternity as these monstrous blobs.
