Ever since that flag his gameplan has become increasingly slower as each season goes by and its made life much harder for their forwards.

@@taliamason7986 I think a big factor that won them the flag was that they had a fitness guy who got the team fitter than they ever were, and the players were running the legs off teams, had no injuries and were running out games. However, the fitness guy moved back to Adelaide and Melbourne has struggled since. They should have thrown the kitchen sink to keep him.

If he has disclosed to the club he wants to leave, let him leave I know there are contracts etc, but it just doesn't look good to keep a player who wants out of the club. If he is traumatised by what happened I 100% understand why he wants to leave even more, maybe now his body and mind being at the club has become traumatic and he isnt able to be himself there stress free.

I just don't understand why the AFL allows players to break contracts and don't face big financial consequences. If you break a contract in the NFL the consequences are much larger financially. I believe if you agree and sign a contract you agree to exactly what that contract entails. If you don't you should face alot larger consequences. Too lenient here
