Good morning..oh almost noon! Thank you, I love wearing my hair like that, mostly because of it being cooler and I have it clipped because ponytail holders hurt my head after a while, lol! I have not used the eye contour yet, so not sure. Oh the puppies are so much fun! And they love to play and have back rubs, lol! Turmeric is wonderful, I have even put it on skin things that I thought may be cancerous, and it worked...not sure if was a problem but wanted to get rid of it. It does not work on my psoriasis, makes it worse..or messy to say the least because it is on my chest area. I would think using it with honey as a mask is a great way to use it to brighten and get the benefits from from both. TFS They say turmeric is so good to reduce inflammation internally and I think that is true too.. You have a blessed and great week too!

Awwwwwww! The puppers are adorable! I'm on so much medication that I always have to get the ingredients and take to my pharmacist to see if I can take it. Black Cohash (I think that's how you spell cohash) is FANTASTIC for hot flashes. 🔥 It literally stopped mine after 4 days of taking it. Tfs and I'll see you soon 🌈 🌻 🤗 😘 🥰

Thank you! That would be important to do...I am only on Thyroid med, so most things don't bother it, but calcium...cannot have any of that within 2 hours or it will disable the thyroid. Oh I used to take that Black Cohosh..should get some more..lol! TFS Have a great day and see you soon!

Yes NOW is a very good and dependable brand when buying supplements, was pleased to see the brand in the box and I have not tried them before, used them last night and they worked very well gonna test them out again tonight, lol! I take those papayas too and take them for acid reflux instead of taking acid reflux medicine. I love the papaya pills. I have turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, avocado they’re supposed to help your metabolism and help you lose weight and it’s been working.

Hi Laurie, I think you would like getting the box, they send a lot of neat things to try out and healthy/clean. Thank you I love the little Jacks. Oh yes they work for that too..another remedy for that is 8 oz, water with 1/2 tsp of baking soda...I drink this 2 times per day, once in the morning and evening. It keeps your ph balanced and tummy alkaline. For sure don't take reflux meds..I have all those spices and use them regular. I love avocados! TFS and watching, have a blessed week!
