I grew up in Thailand and went to Monkey Island on a school trip. Can confirm that monkeys aren't evil, they just don't want you to fuck with them. To answer Lyle's question at around 12 minutes Yes, spikes were absolutely used historically. An indian king iirc had a trick bed, which he would send guests he suspected of foul play to use as their room. With the flip of a lever, the bed would rotate, dropping the guest onto the spikes and leaving basically no trace of them. This is not fake, I swear I saw this shit on the history channel and was just as shocked as yall

Hmm im not sure about this Tomar guy... He seems like a crazed maniac. One time I went to the bowling alley and I say Tomar bowling all alone. I went up to him to say the usual like "I love your content" as soon as I said that he picked up the heaviest bowling ball, screamed, and hit the nearest person to him. He smashed the ball repeatedly on their head. He then said my full name and my address. It was terrifying. He said, "I know you have one of my Tomar emeralds. You don't want to end up like that person I just beat to a pile of flesh." He said that with a terrible expression. He was grinning ear to ear. He said something about a "ball" and said it was coming to earth and that the struggle was meaningless. Im not sure what this meant but it was terrifying. I ran from the scene and when I looked back, Tomar was gone. He vanished. I will not go to sleep soundly tonight...
