It's a tale as old as time and I've seen it a thousand and one times. Andy's celebrity went his head, that goose couldn't handle the fame. He started sleeping around. When Andy's mate found out she killed him in a jealous rage and hopped the border to start a new life. Maybe one day a rain will come and wash all of the scum off the streets...

Sorry Mr. Huggbees but I can’t agree with your conclusion. I have no doubt that Andy can run at the speed of Olympic track stars and therefore can outrun wolves. It had to be an inside job. The granddaughter was jealous of Andy’s fame and finally snapped. Andy didn’t expect a thing and trusted her, following her into the field. Then she got her revenge. She is now cashing in on Andy’s fame.

When Andy's corpse was found did it still have most of it's flesh? Because if so I don't think an animal would have done it, because why would an animal just rip off the head, wings, and skin, which have very little meat on them. If a massive asshole teenager (I'm a teenager btw, I totally believe that a teenager could do something like that) wanted to have people know that the corpse was of Andy, then that would also be an explanation for why the legs with the shoes were left on.
@MysteriumArcanum

I actually disagree with your conclusion partially. It was the teenagers... In high school, freshman year, we had a friend Named Justin, Justin seemed normal, until one day... Justin found a turtle. Him, and 2 others we had just recently befriended came over with the turtle, proceeded to play catch with it, and then Justin did something that even the two he brought with him say was "way too far"... Justin put the turtle on the ground and jumped on it with both feet. Me and my best friend heard what had happened and told him not to come around anymore. We buried the poor turtle and both of us will remember how cruel humans can be. "Naturally", yes... not by animals. That was one human "going too far", and taking it to a place no one was ready for. One human misreading the situation and giving into cardinal desires perpetrated by their under developed prefrontal cortex.

I have to say that picking up a turtle and playing catch with it is just as if not more fucked than being jumping on it because unlike being unceremoniously murderd its fucking torture BTW decapitittion followed by skinning is something not many teens can or would do no matter how idiotic also teenagers would attempt to dispose of the evidence its also in my mind VERY unlikely a teen/teens would not take the tiny shoes with them as some messed up trophies

When you brought up the kid angle, I swear you were going to say Jessica did it out of jealousy lmao. Like, not only was she discredited for his name, but she seemingly was entirely forgotten about. Though, I don't actually think that, I wouldn't be surprised if it really was some teen. The only details that don't match up with the conclusion in the video is that Andy's torso wasn't noted for being mauled, or having any bite or claw marks, it was straight up skinned. No animal would have the dexterity to skin an animal, nor would one skin it then leave the meatiest part of the animal in the middle of a park. That's another thing, the corpse was left in the middle of a local park. If it was a wild animal that ate Andy, it wouldn't be that far from Gene's farm. (Though, this is under the assumption that the park is far, and that the animals that theoretically attacked don't either live there, or have to pass through it to get to the woods they do live in.) The final thing is that there was only one set of footprints. Meaning if it was a teenager or kid, they didn't come with friends. This... means nothing to me, but I figured it was worth pointing out.
@ToastyMozart

The location of the body seems intentional too. Andy was left in an area that wouldn't be supervised at night during the killing, but ensures the body would be found the next day.

Birds live in fucking nature, if you want to join them no one is stopping you. They also die all the time, and humans (us) and our cats are main reasons they do. Birds fundamentally know what death is and how to avoid it, that’s what natural selection searches for. Maybe the bird doesn’t bother thinking about it or maybe it is incapable of imagining it, but they definenly understand mortality. Also birds only live a few years if they don’t get chomped by Whiskers.

The following is the best I can make out of the tombstones inscription: "andy" the footless goose, born without [illegible, possibly either wings or webs] and toes, unable to walk and swim properly was put on the road again by his master who installed size [illegible, possibly either 6, 8, or 0] baby shoes on "andy" and then taught him to walk. "andy" was an inspiration to thousands of handicapped children across the U.S.A. and other countries to try a little harder and don't give up, make another try. "andy" was in readers digest, people magazine, and many others. "andy" was also on the Johnny Carson television show.

You're right, and animal wouldn't have perfectly skinned, decapitated, and cut the wings off the corpse. Also, the old COC president wouldn't have bothered to give such a cryptic statement about a regular animal attack. It was almost certainly a shithead teenager who was too young to be publicly named or someone having a serious mental episode that thought the geese were evil or something. These two theories are supported by the statement given to the granddaughter so they make the most sense.

I think, if the only thing missing from the body was the head, wings, and skin, someone could've still done it because I highly doubt an animal would just take the skin off. I'm only suggesting this because the condition of the body itself was only said to have been skinned, but if there were also chunks missing, then I'd definitely say a canine did it

Actually the original title was "The Ballad of Footloose Goose". Not sure why he changed it, only to change it back. But he even says so in the video.

my grandfather was a Shriner. Along with the tiny hats (fez, which get bedazzled if you’re the Potentate, the head Shriner) and tiny cars, grandpa’s chapter are all circus clowns. A couple of his Shriner friends were also professional Ronald McDonalds, which is a thing

*Fun Fact* The Shriners real name is Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine hence the fez caps. Also the Shriners were created in 1870 by a couple of Freemasons who wanted to create a less serious and more light hearted version of Freemasonry.

As a non-US citizen, hearing "you know those old guys who wear those little tinty hats, and they drive around in their tiny little cars at parades?" and subsequently seeing a picture of, in fact, old guys wearing tinty hats driving around in their tiny little cars at a parade truly, truly surprised me to say the least

As someone who has had three family members who are/were Shriners (personally they all drove tiny go-karts), I can confirm what Mr. Huggbees says is correct. 1. They are men who drive tiny cars in parades and wear tiny fezes. One of those family members is my dad so I got dragged to parades in the summer as a kid all the time. 2. They are a fraternity 3. They do support charity because they have their own non-profit children’s hospital(s). The only one I know that existed is in St. Louis because apparently I got treatment there as a kid because I couldn’t walk right. Additionally, they have their own circus and there are some Shriners who dress up as clowns for charity as well.

Why would a wild animal eat the scrawniest parts of the bird and leave it’s meaty torso behind? Also, if Andy was killed by a wild animal you’d think there would have been clear evidence of that.

I believe it was "The Ballad of Footloose Goose" "Footloose Goose" "The Unsolved Murder of a Celebrity Goose" "Duck, Duck, Murder." "The Goose That Was Sponsored by Nike" I've proven all of these with Wayback Machine except "Footloose Goose", though it seems somewhat clear in my mind. There's also been various title and thumbnail changes of videos in the past, but that's neither here nor there. I shall keep this updated accordingly in case of any more Goose Events.

What if the goosenappers just wanted to make Andy even more famous? He was already America's most beloved celebrity with just replaced feet, but think how adored he would have been with replaced wings as well! As for the decapitation, maybe that was a mercy killing when the goosenappers realized that pulling a goose's wings off is really unhealthy for the goose, or maybe they wanted to make Andy the first goose with a replaced head as well.
