For me Iker is the 2010 ballon d’or winner. Griezmann: In both 2016 and 2018 he had a goal contribution per match. In a team which generally scores about 1.3-1.7 goals per game that is outstanding. His efforts defensively is amazing. For 2018 he is clearly the ballon d’or winner had a great year at ATM. Won the word cup averaging 1 goal contribution per game. Also he won the UEL and the ESC. In 2016 it was the same story with one problem he lost the Euro’s and the Champions League. If only he had won one or two of those competitions he would have been the 2016 ballon d’or winner with no question. Potential Winners: Iniesta: his best 2 season where he had about 5-8 goals and 15-23 assist where in 2011 and 2013. The problem in 2011 Messi has his best season. And in 2013 Ronaldo had his best season. Higuaín: His last 18 months at Napoli where superb, scoring goals for fun. In 2015 he almost average a goal per game. Lewandoski: Had 3 consecutive years which he could have won the ballon d’or. 2015-2017 in those years he basically averaged about a goal per game. Luis Suarez: He had 2 amazing years 2014,2016 which he average about a goal per game in both Liverpool and Barcelona. Falcao: 2013 for Falcao was a great year scoring plenty of goals for ATM and Monaco. Rooney: 2011 Wayne Rooney lead his team to a UCL final and a Premier League at the same time he scored goals. 2010 Sniejder deserves a mention in this year.
