I sent this to my Dad who's a long time Bluegrass musician. Their band (Pacifc...ly Bluegrass) had some great harmonies, and I knew he'd appreciate it. But damn right, that dude singing tenor on the harmonies is amazing. I initially heard the album version of this on Pandora but then found this performance. A new favorite band, for sure.

If you think that's extinct, you're looking in the wrong places. Its all over. One of my favs is a Norwegian who sings, plays guitar, bass, banjo, drums, produces, and films his own stuff. He takes songs and makes em metal. If thats not your cup of tea, Steve n seagulls takes metal and turns it into bluegrass. The. Theres always Texas country if you need a little red dirt in your coffee.

They cleaned up the Audio a bit in the mix, you can tell there's a reverb added that definitely wasn't natural. But your point still stands.

Great song, beautifully played. The voices are top, guitars simple but with great Ideas and feeling. Great slide solo. I like the organ solo that reminds me to the Doors , Bass and drums are great in rhythm section. In the late 70s they would have become a world known top band, I hope they can get it now too.

A friend printed me out two sheets of music paper while out jamming... One was Simple Man by Lynard Skynard and Hurricane by Band of Heathens witch I never heard of Band of Heathens before He said you can sing both of them so I took the sheet music home just a couple weeks ago and like you said your abcessed with this Band I have listened to there You Tube Videos so much because I feel the pressure is on me now because New Years Eve bringing my guitar over and going to play Both song's "Wish me Luck" 😕😂
