Saw The Heathens this weekend at the Funky Biscuit in Boca Raton, FL and it was a phenomenal show !! Superb quality of musicianship and frankly didn't have to be about how loud it was, but it was played so well to the natural acoustic of the room. That is a rare find these days. One can hide lesser musical quality under volume but these guys showed how it should be done. Come back soon!!!

Wow. I listened to an old interview with Kid Rock and Howard stren, today on You Tube. I hadn't heard of this band until he mentioned them. And, this was a few years back. Man, I wish I had known. Check out Jason Isbell, he’s got some Southern Rock/Folk kinda similar to The Band/Jackson Browne, and is probably the best living songwriter and makes some damn good music.
