Spent a long summer home from college in the '70s driving an ice cream truck that played this song on endless repeat. As a rocker, it drove me absolutely nuts. In hindsight, it's still not my cup of tea, but does evoke fond memories.

The first day I learned and started to LOVE this song was a few days ago during music class. Our music teacher taught us the song, and I LOVED IT! Our music teacher told us to find the beat to the so ng, and if you noticed the chorus had changed, its beat doesn't follow the regular beat. Instead of 2/4, it changes to 3/6 (I think). TRY IT OUT!

Even though the dancing doesn't go with the music, it's beautiful and they make dancing on stairs look easy! Try it! I wouldn't!

Have you ever noticed the similarity of the first notes of this song and the first part of the music from “Up?”

Played by Guy Lombardo's Orchestra with Kenny Gardner as lead singer. Guy Lombardo's brother Carmen and other band members as backup singers. A typical cornball Lombardo style effort played well by his band. It's no wonder that he was populay for about 40 years. They should have cancelled New Years Eve after he died,.

Weckar Technically, pop is just music that is popular among the general population.

There are two different dance sequences here. The first is from "Swing Time" (1936). The second dance scene is from "Roberta" (1935).
