this gun feels so unique. thought i would hate it but it was worth the practice and patients. compared to the br i personally like this weapon more imo when it comes to most duels. if ur the better shooter you’ll def win most of ur gunfights easily

Reasons why Bandit rifle is a better comp weapon: - requires higher accuracy to optimize shots (5-shot kill) - allows people with good movement to outmaneuver someone's aim more easily - makes cross-mapping more of a skill instead of relying on one shot from a burst to descope - every shot matters in the gunfight, making every miss that much more punishing Reasons why people like the BR: - more forgiving - better hit reg on poor servers (good for people living in countries like Australia, but irrelevant in LAN events where top-level Halo is played) - requires less accuracy for cross-map descoping (only one out of three shots in burst required) - reminiscent of days in H3 where they thought they were the best ever (also hate Reach/H5) Overall assessment: The Bandit EVO is what will truly separate the good players from the great. The BR is easier/better for casual players where those factors don't matter as much.

I want to like the EVO Bandit so bad but its just too host reliant to me. I already have half a dozen clips of me shooting people 9 and 10 times and still losing engagements. If its gonna stay they need to swap commando pads out with battle rifle pads so theres 4 on the map instead of just 2.

The bandit is garbage, with this game having so much dsync. Your shots on average get shot into another universe. It happens very consistently , where someone’s shield will pop then 1 it takes two straight headshots just for one to register. That or you’re on your death screen. It feels very random at times

There’s nothing fun about shooting the bandit…the BR was…again, the game starts with BR…loads of folks play halo, the pros whine and cry about shot reg. They switch to bandit and tank their player base…yet still have problems with shot reg. Gotta love it.

The Bandit Evo is the best thing that has happened in ranked infinite, hands down, this gun brought back my passion for the game Besides, as a Mexican, the connection here is kinda shit, with the BR it was absolutely imposible to get first shot, which would result in extremely unfair 1v1 situations, with the bandit I feel like whenever I lose a 1v1 is because I was off or I chocked which was all my fault, even with the connection "nerf" I feel like I can turn up on anyone anytime

@@Proximitty I get that but at the end of the day everything’s getting a remake or a re ramp these days and it never truly holds up to what it was suppose to be in my opinion my buddy is an 1800 onyx and even he says he hates it barely plays anymore the whole thing needs a rework from the sight to the shot pace and look and I just can’t see this being competitive at all I’m sorry to all the halo 5 fans and fans of the game in general this game is just one disappointment after another some things should truly just be a memory….
