Don't see a cut in March, most likely until June for .-25%. Interest rates are mainly discussed for mortgages but exchange rate should also play a role. If BoC jumps too soon in lowering interest rates other sectors will get affected due exchange rate vs USD.

Great video Griff. Im waiting till rates go down at least 100 basis points as hard to qualify otherwise and also would like to reapply for HELOC but cant make the #s work until rates go down. Calgary where I am prices never took a breather like the rest of the country so assume it will continue to rocket higher w the cuts

I dont think housing has slowed down (especially here in Alberta). Houses are going to multiples and decreasing interest rates will shoot up the prices even more.
