Love that part at 2:02 on the 6 main real estate benefits - That pretty much tells you all you need to know - Stocks are great but they dont offer 6 benefits the way real estate does - And as you say pretty much all super wealthy people have got there at least partly via real estate which is not the same as stocks - Good to have a bit of both though.

I personally like stocks and only one etf. You can build your own etf with a few stocks. Maybe a bit more risky but if invested in Bluechip stocks you are good to go. Plus the dividend income with modest capital gains will likely out produce a portfolio with just ETFs that sometimes cross invest anyway

I do have a business bank account in Canada associated with the incorporation, but I want to open a US-based (not cross-border) bank account for Amazon FBA. Q: Can I open a US business a/c and run the FBA business under my Canadian incorporation? Does BMO Harris still provide this service? Should I create a trademark under the incorporation for FBA?
