I know many will consider that Nathan Barr was lucky to find this instrument but, in reality, the Wurlitzer was lucky to find him. I suspect that very few people would have had the vision, foresight and resources to provide this historic organ with such a perfect restoration and installation, or to introduce it to new generations of composers and listeners. Hats off to everyone involved.

Superb! Thank You Nate! That's really a labour of "insanity" and love. We're the better for it! ... and what a great nod to Kenny.

I have been a theatre organ enthusiast since the early 1960's. Thanks to the recordings of George Wright. Welcome to the most versitile instrument ever invented.

The Sound of Music organ parts were the last recordings made by the late Buddy Cole. He had been suffering with heart failure for some time and he went home after the session and died in his sleep.
