My son died 10 years ago from congestive heart failure & primary pulmonary hypertension. He was only 46 years old. The doctors often talked about a heart transplant but could not agree about doing it. He was on many medications. One of them was Ramodulin (not sure of the spelling). It had many side effects which caused him a lot of pain. It was very caustic. When his body could not take it anymore, they took him off the drug & 3 days later he died. When someone has a chronic disease, it affects the whole family. My son"s wife & children still express deep sadness about his passing. Also, in America, when you have a chronic disease, it affects you financially which causes more stress for the patient & the family. I wish I had known about you 10 years ago. You are a blessing to your patients & to the community.

Diagnosed with heart failure. Found Metabolic Cardiology protocol consisting of D-Ribose/L Carnitine/CoQ10/Magnesium and added L-Taurine myself. A few months later had echocardiogram which showed some heart chamber enlargment but with good ejection fraction. From being breathless at the least exertion and waking up gasping for breath I am now able to sleep flat with an all night refreshing sleep. I dont eat many veggies and love my meat - especially ground beef. Maybe the good doctor's advice will do the same thing but I like what I do.

It's a good idea to get your carbs way down... as low as 50 grams a day. Consider that a cup of beet juice is usually around 100 calories and 25 grams of carbohydrates . . . 1/4 of a cup a day would be about 6 grams of carbs.... that's what I would do. AND DO NOT take ginger if you have a bleeding disorder or if you are taking blood-thinning medications, including aspirin.

Contrary to what the medical community believes, reflux aka GERD is not a result of the over production of stomach acid. Actually, it is the exact opposite. The proper amount and ph of stomach acid is what causes the esophageal sphincter to close preventing a reflux of acid and stomach contents back up into the esophagus. Use of of acid blockers decrease intrinsic factor produce by the stomach. This intrinsic factor is required for the absorption of B-12. Without proper stomach acid proteins cannot be correctly broken down into amino acids for proper absorption. Research ways of increasing your stomach acid ie, Betaine HCL, ACV, etc. Search out videos regarding low stomach acid to better understand what’s going on and ways to remedy your low stomach acid.

I would have loved a medical person to teach me this important information. Don't stop learning and teaching the patients. I had to do my own research and find like minded doctors to help me. My heart went from 23 percent to 45 percent and growing. Most of the medical personnel practice quality of care. This means pharmacy drugs and procedures for treatment. They never mention diet, exercise and stress management. Drugs do not fix the root problem. They only masks and sometimes increases more health issues down the road. I personally ended up in the hospital with death by prescriptions. After I was given a compassionate and qualified heart doctors that took me off most of the medications; it saved my life. I pray for my doctors and nurses daily for all there loving care of me. Don't stop learning... God Bless.
