The problem is, most people who turn vegan or any other extreme diet, are coming off the standard American inflammatory diet, so no matter which diet they choose, they’re going to feel better almost immediately coming off their old inflammatory diet. The problem with being vegan is the long-term effect, as most people cannot go beyond the five-year period without experiencing some sort of negative effect.

What are the blood tests that you do that drill down to the nutrient levels inside the cells? You know, for those of us that are nowhere near Ft Worth so we can request them where we are. Thanks!

Dr.Baxter, you are a genius. I have been looking for a lab test that would give me the information you obtained for this patient. I asked for it from a medicare physician and got a look that asked"Are you crazy?" I knew such a test existed but not how to get it. Now I know. See Dr. Baxter. Thanks for your igenius.

Don’t buy supplements at Costco. Buy good brands only. Jarrow. Now. Natures Way. Doctors Best. They use quality ingredients. I have been studying and using supplements for 30 years. Doctors Best is particularly good.

Pay money for unregulated supplements the body does not recognize that will eventually in time destroy your health and then pay more fees to try to fix the problems if there even is a chance because sometimes there is no cure. In 1826 president John Adams was 90, what types of supplements was he taking his whole life?

Thanks, doctor, for sharing this vital information on Atrial Fibrillation. I found relief with Planet Ayurveda’s Total Heart Support and Arjuna Capsules. My neighbor, who has heart issues, also saw noticeable improvement using these. Definitely worth considering if anyone is dealing with heart problems!

Thank, it is not easy to find a knowledgeable Healthcare physician. There are not many like you with a plethora of wisdom and knowledge. I don't believe in cloning, but you should train other Dr's that are willing to learn from you and apply your knowledge. The Dr's today want to keep people ill. They don't want people to get well, that means a diminished pay check. I speak as a RN of 51 years. ALL PRAISES TO THE MOST HIGH FOR YOU.

Thank you for another great, informative video Dr. I wish I still lived in the Ft Worth area because I would definitely make a visit to your practice. It’s hard to find a good doctor like yourself and I just don’t trust the meds b/c we don’t know what’s in them. Maybe someday I’ll be able to visit your practice. God Bless

@barbarajones311 Maybe he has some colleges he can refer you to? Perhaps telemedicine is an option? Another route you may consider is to look up the doctor directory at Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. It was founded by Dr Neal Barnard; look him up, he's helped a lot of women and sued the USDA a couple of times.

I leave messaging on the carnivore videos to please consider your success here. They are also seeing amazing weight reduction and return to health by eating all meat forcing the body to use up its sugar reserves around to middle. Many are thriving . Why and how can two opposing nutrient protocols get similar results ? I work with seniors and can see how both could work in different circumstances. However, nearly everyone I meet over 50 is on meds; over 70, and who needs food lol? Too many meds.
