heyy! i learned by working directly with clients and being in contact with Meta throughout the learning process. I also invested much of my own money to create the AR experiences for the ads. Hey I seen your interview a lil while ago, I’ve been wondering how to apply AR to an ad? Ik you said you can only use it for certain types of ads like conversion, traffic and usually I use lead forms but do you have to use a certain type of app first then take it to fb and use that content?

hii! AR ads don't currently work for leads, unfortunately. As for your second question, you don't have to use any apps at all. Basically you would have to create an AR experiences which you can do on many different softwares and once that's done, you upload it to Meta Spark Studio/AR Hub as an arexport. file, and once meta approves it you can then jump into your ads manager and upload it as an ad.
