Sir, i looked at the usrt and rwr that you showed on your other reit videos. Correct me if i am wrong, those reits are different from areit and dd reits in the sense that they are not individual stocks but rather more of a mutual fund because it has portfolio of individual real estate stocks. And unlike areits and dd reits that is selling shares of a particular real estate investments. But it is good in the sense that i do not have to worry about it and have the fund manager manage it for all the shareholders. Thanks!
