Went to school for music engineering and production, many years of recording and production in computers, but just couldn't wrap my head around Ableton. With your helpful videos, this 45 year old is now diving into electronic music production, which I've always wanted to learn. I also find your videos very straight forward and easy to understand. Thank you for your work!

Bought myself an Arturia Keylab this month and started learning as much as I can about music theory, Ableton, Drum patterns and overall music creation. Your videos have been a tremendous help. Your laid back attitude and natural talent for explaining this stuff really keep me going! Thank you sir, it is highly appreciated!

It’s cool seeing so many people pick up learning music theory & creating in a DAW. I really appreciate your teaching style TAETRO. Its demystified a lot of fundamentals and hope everyone continues their learning process. Creating is what we do as humans. There’s room for all of us 🍊

Good stuff Taetro! Ditto here. Just recently got Ableton myself, and your tutorials have been invaluable. Along with so many others, as it would seem here, I just couldn't resist letting you know, just out of sheer appreciation for your patience and work by painstakingly putting these videos together. Amazing job. And thanks so much. Can't wait to move on to the next tutorial. You actually make learning this DAW allot fun. Good show... 😊

I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to get to this point in Ableton on my own. It's a feature-packed platform and those nitty-gritty details (like warping!) are golden nuggets. You are providing an immensely useful training for beginners. It's like you can read my mind on what I want to focus on next. Thank you!!

I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to do this for us all. I have wanted to get into music production for 15 years. I’ve tried to dabble here and there but have struggled to ever find a resource that could communicate things to someone who just cannot follow the language. Thank you so much. I’ve been writing ideas for 8 years on my loop station with organic instruments, saving those “scribbles” in hopes one day I could make them finished ideas. I’ll get there because of you.

You're a great teacher, Taetro! I've been using Live for over 3 years and your vids are always worth watching even if just for one or two little nuggets. I would love to see a vid on library organization in Live. For example, using your previous samples/midi files in new projects, creating a groove library, etc. Basically just something that helps building a personal library within Ableton. Also, yes please to another chapter on sampling!

Hey Taetro, long time fan here! Ableton is familiar to me personally but I'd be very interested in your guide for content creation and combined media. You're quite visual and have a cool aesthetic that works perfectly with your musicality. Maybe you could shed light on questions like: 1. What kind of software you use in your editing? 2. What color grading you do and any insight for the LUT's you use or recommend? 3. Tips on how do you sync your audio with the video or multiple videos from different perspectives? 4. What's your streaming setup software wise? 5. Do you use Abletons video playback to sync with the audio or just use a different platform to sync the tracks? Maybe some future video ideas?
@karacoldmusic2 жыл бұрын
I agree with this. Maybe after you've finished the whole Ableton series and if you have time....I feel like the "how" of how content creators create their content is kept very secret by everyone.

Thank you Simalaa! I’ve actually done a video on my video creation process AND did a full members workshop on it as well. Since this is a music channel, it’s tough to make dedicated content about making KZbin vids. But those are the best places to start.

Is amazing and addictive, time flies. Thank you!!! I have a lot of gaps in basic DAW concepts like the different between slot rec button, audio rec button, session rec button... but I will see again your videos :) Is possible with to play with multiple instruments at the same time? to perform a riff or a break in a live session. Thank you again!!!
