I would score a film in Logic but not Ableton, but I would us Ableton for slicing and making beats. Underbelly. How are you auditioning those slices? How are you scrubbing through your initial slice from the track? Right around 5:45? I can use the arrows to move through the slices but I don't "hear" anything. Also, you don't address what if Ableton doesn't interpret your tempo correctly and how to adjust for that.

How do you quickly wave form zoom like that? You in and out really fast.Is it the way your scroll is configured?
@omminnoremac9 жыл бұрын
The way that you just chopped that second sample to make it fit with the drum loop left it sounding pretty choppy. The second sample had a higher bpm than the drum loop, so each slice wasn't actually long enough to fill each slice of the drum loop. You really need to change the master tempo to that of the fastest sample or decrease the speed of the second sample.
@SuicidePotatos9 жыл бұрын
omminnoremac could you tell me howto do that ? i've always had problems with tempo and warping
@ZRock77719 жыл бұрын
+SuicidePotatos you could try pitching one sample down (the faster one) or pitching the other sample up (the slower one) just,by a little bit make 1 st or a couple cents that should make.it sound less chopped, if that doesn't work use the complex or complex pro warping modes
@axelnussbaumer9 жыл бұрын
+SuicidePotatos Use "complex pro", freeze track after you have it not sounding choppy, then bounce it to a new track and keep that one's warp mode in "beats" to not rob unnecessary CPU.
