Batman also copies Zorro 1919 a rich guy with a black costume, mask, and hideout in a cave, and the Phantom 1936 who had mask with white over his eyes and shorts over long pants and carried a gun as in the early stories Batman carried a gun. Of course the Bat 1929, was even closer with bat costume with mask and cape, bat signal, rope, black car and leaving clues was the Riddler.

@wwewwfwwe1 It was actually The Bat Whispers in 1930 that inspired Bob Kane. But as that is a remake of this.. :)
