The Batman 2004 was always my top show to watch, I know BTAS was and still is the best Batman show of all time nothing can beat it the world they created and expanded was just unbelievable however The Batman had a edge the cast was just unreal and amazing, The art style I really loved it was sharp and that cape always stuck with me it felt like real leather it sounded like leather and not forgetting this show give me my favourite Batmobile of all time the MK1 from the first season, I adore this show so much I loved it's music and stories they felt like a step beyond the normal telling of Batman stories, This should was so underrated and deserved more love and respect it was such a brilliant show.

Them talking about how daunting it was to follow in the footsteps of Batman The Animated Series, really speaks volume because Batman The Animated Series was so good, it was basically the peak of Batman tv shows, so it's like "how do we dare make another Batman show after that?" sure in between Batman The Animated Series and The Batman we had Batman Beyond, but the Batman of that show wasn't Bruce Wayne, Bruce was only a suporting character, that was Terrys story. It was a daunting task, and I must say as a long time fan of this show, they did yet another amazing job, the 90's and 2000's were truly a golden age of Warner Brothers animation!

The Batman was my first ever experience with Batman, the first Batman thing I ever watched was The Batman volume 2 dvd, this dvd had episodes 4, 5, and 6 on it, and the Gotham PD casefiles was one of the bonus features, this special feature was, no joke, how I first discovered The Joker, Bane, and The Penguin.

I grew up with the animated series and loved it. As an adult I love it even more there’s a lot of depth to those stories. I deff prefer the animated series but I had a blast watching this with my sons. I loved the joker design and thought it was a fresh take. It feels a bit extra like watching the penguin fight was different and although I get why they changed mr freeze so much I can’t say I like it. I can see what they mean they made it a superhero show and not a detective show. All in all alot of fun n the 2nd best batman cartoon ever! 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

Okay, cute story, as I said I first heard about Bane through the Gotham PD case files bonus feature. When Yin gets to Bane in the featurette, when she says "While in the amazon, Bane volunteered for physical enhancements" when I was five and I heard that sentence, I didn't realize Bane and volun were seperate words and that teered was the second word, so yeah, I actually thought for a time Banes full name was Bane Vollen! Silly me!😂😂😂
