To be fair, it's not so far fetched that he walks through a hail of bullets and not get hit in the face...the vast majority of people are prone to aim for the easiest target, which is center mass, especially with full automatic weapons. It's also where a conviently placed target is located that draws the shooters attention, the bat symbol.

Movie criminals not shooting the face is basically a movie trope at this point. Plus IRL people getting instruction are taught to aim at the torso, as it is the biggest part of the body, with the best chance of scoring hits. The most unrealistic part is that a submachine gun wouldn't have a stray or three find the face without aiming. Layers of Kevlar would protect the body - sort of. If you see the shot of his back and arms all bruised up, that could be from gunfire. Armor keeps the bullets from getting to the body, but there is a price to be paid with physics. Ever watch Pitch Meeting with Ryan George? "Why don't the bad guys just aim at the face?" "Because then the movie would be over."

In reality, with adrenaline, darkness, and your ears ringing from gunshots, your disoriented as hell. You always aim for the bigger target, the torso first. But chances are you go through half of your magazine just while bringing the gun up to chest level.

Pattinson looks great as Batman and bruce wayne, imo. I do wish his suit involve the wrist spikes and the ridged cape, but it's still great. mostly because it is nearly pure black which is perfect for a stealth-based character. I am not that impressed with him saying "I'm vengence" instead of "I'm Batman". However, I'll still go see it as it's Batman.

This is the most PISSED OFF Batman I think I’ve ever seen!!! You can feel how his overwhelming rage is. He doesn’t kill, he beats them so badly the bad guys wish for a quick and painless death. The look Selina gave to Batman when he is pummeling that guy, he looks like he will ground and pound you until there is literally nothing left but a red smear. I asked for a movie that looks like The Dark Knight meets Se7en and I got it.

Now this "fight" between DC and MARVEL in the movies will be epic because they will have to make better movies and get the public's attention. And do you know who will win with this "fight"? I think when the bullets missed batman's face was because it was too dark and the criminals were panicking.. I mean wouldn't anyone who shot someone allot of times but they still keep coming at you..😅 Just my view on it...

I'm skeptical until I see the film. IMO Affeck was my perfect Batman. Pattinson is not large enough for me. While I grew up with the Jim Aparo version in the comics, The Dark Knight Returns is what I enjoyed more. But again I'll wait to see if Pattinson can change my mind.
