2004 Batman used to and still terrifies me. The way he was shown, how he would pop out of shadows unexpectedly. My house had many areas filled w darkness and every time I’d turn my back I’d feel like he would be there, staring at me. I am almost a 20 year old man but the joker is just one of those things that scares tf outta me man.

The Batman (2004) is the only Batman show to go through all eras of Batman. The solo vigilante just starting out, the Batman trying to figure out how to protect and work with a sidekick, the Batman who acts more like a dad to many Batgirls and Robins, and the Batman of the Justice League. Everything else picks and chooses, but always misses a key aspect of his character (usually either his growing family) - but the 2004 version covers pretty much everything. And, in my opinion, 2004 has the best cape :)

The opening intro for the first season is so melancholic, then latter seasons had it be more fast paced and energetic, which is not bad, but definitely is interesting to note as you have become more familiar with cast and see more get included.
