Great video, I really enjoyed your narration and overview of this important engagement. My ancestor participated in Mower's charge on March 21 as a soldier in the 27th Ohio (Fuller's Brigade) and survived to march in the Grand Review in Washington two months later. I have never visited the battlefield, even when I lived in Raleigh as a kid, but have followed the development of the state battlefield park there over the years. Well done, and keep up the good work! 🥁🇺🇸

Why does nobody ever comment on Hood being a drug addict resulting from the appalling injuries the poor bloke had suffered. There was nothing bar opium and alcohol for pain relief and he had a lot of pain.
