Tnx, this was a great comparison and great help. I wanted to see them side by side when not inflated and got the idea. From one review before, I saw, that a rope/cord can be attached to the pillow back side and this will help to keep it in place.

Nice review. I just got my own fillo, and I haven't noticed any chemical smell with mine. Have you tried washing yours with white vinegar or even Gear Aid's Odor Eliminator?

Thanks for the tip, I ended up up using oxy clean which helped but next time I’ll try the white vinegar👍🏼

I have the fillo king for bicycle touring and its perfect, but the pack size is too much for backpacking, so I bough the luxury elite. Fingers crossed!

@@mvecho1794 the luxury elite is plenty honestly. If you have the room you can't go wrong with bringing both.

@@mvecho1794 The king has more space, but they are equally as comfortable. The elite packs up to the size of a potato, making if more desirable to bring.

Does the Fillo Pillow fit inside the Nemo Sleeping Bag pillow pouch? Or just the Elite version?

Based on your complaints with sizing, you might try the exped. It’s one of the largest backpacking pillows I’ve seen

​@@cm4340as a side sleeper, I must admit that Exped Rem Pillow L is so much more comfortable than Thermarest Compressible Pillow and Sea to Summit Aeros Ultralight.

The Klymit Drift pillow is better suited for side sleepers - 6.5" Large/5.5" Regular vs 4" Nemo Fillo (thickness). Downside is packability and weight, but you have to determine whether that matters more to you than comfort.

Just put it inside a T-shirt or a buff, problem sorted. Plus then you don't need to wash it as often
