The Battle of The Audi's.. Group B vs RX | DiRT Rally 2.0

Well that was pretty interesting..
Ever wondered how the Group B monsters would fair against the modern day RX weapons?
It was definitely way closer than I was expecting.. What did you guys think?
It’s crazy to think there is almost 40 years of engineering between these two Audi’s. I think this video shows just how insane Group B was back then and also how it might be if it still existed nowadays..
This was just something a bit different while we wait for EA WRC to drop, it’s definitely exciting times to be a rally fan!

​@@Storm_RX I wonder how fast they would be compared to Rally1 cars in a WRC event? There's a limit where more horsepower doesn't give more benefit. But I would love to see 600hp WRC cars!

I agree mate, the RX Audi is more planted round the corners and the turbo kicks in way quicker. But it was much closer than I was expecting! Thanks man I appreciate it, plenty more rally vids to come :)

Thanks mate 👍 It’s a fine line in this car I guess as it’s so easy to lose control especially in the wet. The group B run was within the Top 40 global times so not too bad, but there’s always room for improvements :)

My DR2 does not as good as yours, even when the graphics quality is maxed out, do you use any type of reshade in-game, or any filters in video production?

Hey dude. I just adjust the colours/contrast etc slightly when editing to make it pop a bit more. At default it looks quite washed out at times

What do you think about new WRC? Would be worth buying or not?

Yeah from what I’ve seen it looks a lot of fun, so most likely be worth getting. Looks a bit too easy in some ways though (too much grip), so hopefully there will be a lot of customisation for the difficulty settings to make it a bit more challenging like the dirt rally games :)

I wonder if I should buy :D EA added a content only available while having EA play abonament so it's terrible :D maybe it's "only" time attack, but they will start with time attack, and on next year we could have cars etc. :D

how high have you ever gotten on the competetive leaderboard?

In DR 2.0 a couple top 10’s, a couple top 20’s and a fair few top 50’s. There’s some insane times on this game and while some are totally legit, there’s also a lot of massive cuts/exploits that happen so some of the times up the top are questionable 😆 I’ve managed a lot of WR’s in the WRC games, they don’t allow any big cuts tbf, hopefully the new EA WRC game will be like that too :)
