Excellent arrangement, so kind of you to post! My first music was Beach Boys 8 tracks when I was 5. I came to dislike them as a teenager because of how they're obviously nothing but empty pop rock. Now in my 40's after learning a whole lot about life but more importantly a deeper understanding of music, I see the imaginative and technical genius I couldn't see as a child.

Nice posting. From 05'12" one hears a Wilson Pickett soul style, possibly intended in the release of the song. Brian Wilson is one of the greatest composers. Van Dyke Parks, who wrote the lyrics for the album "SMiLE ", left the lyrics of Mike Love in this song unchanged. - Good idea, Love wrote very good lyrics.
