It’s not a Collab, Omega have alaways had snoopy on their watches, because when they first went to the moon they wore a speedmaster and they also had a big snoop teddy as a Mascot, that’s why snoopy is always on Special Omega watches.

@@FLGolfer009 Might be a little different now but I talked to an Omega boutique employee in Vegas a year ago and he let it slip that they offered one to a guy who had 50k in spend with them. Could be very different for a standard AD that has an Omega account. The boutiques are probably where they are sending these since they can make more profit selling watches without a discount for the most part.

Spoken with 3x AD's on this. The only places that are getting stock are the OMEGA Boutique's. I've been on a very large AD's wait list since launch and they returned deposits a few months ago due to never having received one. An OMEGA Boutique in London said their waitlist was full, unless I "had interest in starting a collection and spending history" with that store that day.

The Snoopy caseback complications can only be made by a certain elite few watchmakers. Also, production has slowed down immensely on this timepiece. This is not a timepiece that you can just mass produce.

Some boutiques are spelling it out in plain English and some are subtlety doing it but they are basically giving these to the better customers. This happens throughout most industries from Watches to handbags to cars to sneakers. The pandemic has brought shortages and brought in more flippers which has made the situation worse.

It´s sad to see Omega advertising watches they can not deliver. I am on the waiting list for nearly two years now. I saw the watch last week at the Omega Boutique in Bienne and it looks fantastic. They placed it directy on the opposite side of the entrance. Very impressive :-) But even there, the watch is not deliverable and I even can´t order it as a "valued customer" as they called us in the boutique. It would be an honest reaction from Omega to advertise only watches, they acually can produce and deliver in reasonably quantities. This was one of the reasons, I never even thought of buying a Rolex as my wedding watch but an SMP 300 in 2019. Then, Omega made the watchtes "for the rest of us", who do not want to wait for a watch longer than for a modern, mass produced car.

Waitlist and deposit since October 2020. Initially told up to 6 months until delivery. AD still "guarantees 100%, from the Omega reps mouth" that this will be delivered. However, they confirmed that they have not received a single piece. Omega will be on the 55th anniversary snoopy before they can deliver this watch to the people they told "it's not limited" and "whoever wants one can get one". Deceitfully transparent, as is the case with this watch, is actually worse than Rolex's silly tactics. At least when I was told my GMT would come in 3-6 months, it did.

My guy at the boutique told me they have to send the list of all their customers to switzerland every year, and switzerland needs to “approve” if someone wants a snoopy. Technically everyone that gets approved are guaranteed one in that year, but only 2 got approved this year at that boutique. Almost feels like I’m building the relationship and buying watches for the next snoopy instead of this one lol. Also it is impossible to get it from ADs now, just give up if you are on the “list” at your local AD.
