Yes Tom nice to see you back. The house and the new garage are looking great. It will be fantastic when all the finishing touches and the kitchen/bathroom are finished. You have done so much work in recent months. I am relieved that you have come up with a good solution to your I-beam problem. I think you are right, and that the strengthening plan should work out, meaning that you will have no further issues. Anyway, the exterior of the property looks beautiful and the colour selection was a really good choice which also looks lovely. I am so glad that you went ahead and fitted the French doors, as they add so much to the kitchen space and when the deck is built it will provide your tenants with a lovely place to sit outside and maybe have a little barbecue. Finally, it is wonderful that you have found a good Tennant to move in.
