15:40 They were supposed to work on the menu together. Instead Carmy is MIA as usual but for a different reason this time (Claire) then all of a sudden he's back with a decision on the menu which he worked out with his girlfriend instead of his actual work partner. She has a right to be upset at that. Yes, she has a problem with communicating sometimes (they both do) and she acknowledged that her reaction wasn't cool but it was just the way she communicated her displeasure and not the being displeased she was wrong about.
