I’m convinced that the Snack Wars producers decide before who they want to win and pick the worst UK foods to go up against the other country. Or the worst versions at least. Jaffa cake vs Krispy Kreme? At least get a scone and jam in there. And how about fish and chips or sausage roll v pizza. Maybe even beans on toast which could be considered similar. Plus the most unenthusiastic guests who are probably fed up with everything.

Yep, Ebon, 'cider and black', ie cider with a dash of ribena, is a pretty common youngster's drink. Very refreshing. Snakebite is half cider, half lager.
