The Beast of Atlantico LEGENDARY MATCH + FULL DOCKYARD build - World of Warships

I finished all missions for dockyard and then purchased last 3 phases with some gold I had lying around to get myself Atlantico.
I didn't have high expectations, since I didn't met any Atlantico that stood out.
I only knew it has some secondaries, 10 guns and a hard to hit citadel.
The match you will watch is my 4th match and it was absolutely epic.
So many crazy things happen, and while this might not be the most representative game for the ship I will say that most games I played in this ship I scored top 3 with around 80-120k dmg, regardless of the tier.
It's an okey ship that will both disappoint and surprise in certain situations.
Few thousand gold, if you have spare for it is not a waste.

And yet wasn't the CV sending full squadrons each time at Flambass every time? How is that possible? That last strike where they whiffed on the skip bombers was only down 1 plane. How was that CV not sending 2 or 3 plane squads at that point in the match? I just can't stand CVs even when I'm forced to play them. And I got one out of a crate so I feel obligated to play it once in a while and it makes credits.

@@TheBitter73 the Chaklov is incredibly broken. Since its a "tactical squadron," it drops the entire payload in one go. So if the skip bombers drop at 6km, then AA for most ships won't even activate so you do 20k damage with fire and no plane loss. Plus chaklov carries a massive flight group for all its planes, torps, he bombs, and skips. Basically a braindead damage farmer

@@TheBitter73 side note, watch flam's video on Chaklov. He did skip bombers only and had full attack flights through the whole match because he never lost planes. The planes simply were never in danger. Also the skips have a 43% of fire so you go around in godmode basically which isn't fun for the opponents and gets boring for the user

Respect the ship with secondaries larger than cruisers. I've found atlantico to be pretty amazing in ranked - with the only real counterplay being anyone who respects the range and kites away,

I know the feeling Flambass. I feel the same and that is why I usually play COOP or Scenarios now. Only when I need credits that I play Random now. Random don't make any sense anymore. The player base and RNG are just so ridiculous. I don't know what happened.

I like Atlantico, if you take a few seconds and aim she pounds the target hard. I usually get railguns with a full broadside from her. Her secondaries melt hp off any ship in range.

wanted this BB but I ended up forgetting about it thanks to elden ring, and when I got back to playing again, potential damage missions, torpedo related missions and BB related ones really turned me off from grinding since I just mostly play cruisers.

I love this ship its main guns very accurate in close quarters, and the concealment works with it really well. if your looking for grinding close quarters experts, this ship is great at it...

Something I think they should do is a dock yard and have an old ship like USS Maryland or HMS Barham. The dockyard will build their original form and low-midtier. Then you have to complete missions to be able to refit it again in the dockyard and have it a few tiers up. It’s stats would improve and look slightly different. Sort of like having a Maryland (1923) and a Maryland (1943)

You'd have to get lucky to sink a ship with one torpedo or one shell, obviously it did happen but it was generally very bad luck (except with great mismatch in capabilities - Hood v Normandie). That poor Monahagn in this battle though.. You'd think Akat would have learned from that and then that fiji would have learned from them both.. but then yeah... Flambass's breakdown was worth it... Normally I'd talk about the CV being stupid and not moving but that's looking pretty bright by the standards in this game, massive carry albiet with alot of cooperation.

Can see the quality of the game playing ability of a significant number of players is going through the floor. I had a good time with WOWs for years, but it wore thin. Uninstalled after not playing for a really long time. Still fun to watch, but not to play regularly. Tarkov is now my game of choice. Terrifying and brutal, but ultimately fun.

I love to take the "Swift" perk with this ship, because it does help it a lot, especially for being THAT stealthy, the improved turret rotation isn't as useful imo, having the slight boost in speed for early game/relocation is better imo. You get to like 28.9 knots or something like that.

This game is just like the human race, lots and lots of potential with a few exceptional souls out there that not matter how hard they push in the right direction always lose in the long run against the swarm of zerglings that mindlessly follow someone in charge that has no clue and just wants history to remember him by trying to steal and capture stuff that doesn't belong to him. Those people, then run themselves into a corner and instead of giving up the battle, go all in and destroy 90% on both sides before they lose the war itself.

The white camo decoration only appears in port, though. On a secondary focus.... I usually throw on fire prevention and usually just flip a coin for the 3rd, 4 pointer... (Usually end up picking Concealment, though. Since it's the devil I know, how to lean on.) why would he shoot? well... he's new and has no clue of smoke fire bloom. Secondary reload is pretty slow, yeah?

Mistakenly bought the min starter pack with 1 week left on the dockyard.. I was 1 mission short.. either a kraggen or 42k base xp :( Could have ground out the base xp but then wouldn't have slept before work yesterday.. And the Kraggen wasn't happening.. Came close a few times but so many steamroll matches either way, so sad.

LOL. Except RNG isn't server specific. The playerbase has an 80% turnover according to what someone told me Little White Mouse had said on reddit. Most players are new, no knowledge, poor skills etc. Knowing that explains the games. But RNG has been shite all year. Shells falling short on 5km broadsides that are aimed at the upper belt type of thing. 1 pen (citadel) and 7 ricochets type thing. Salvo after salvo doing zero damage so that even Yama needs to fire HE to do anything. It's been friggin frustrating. All fucking year. I get better damage consistency in cruisers even when the shell hit rate is the same percentages for cruisers and BB's.

Nah, mate.....you are wrong. One torp isnt enough to sink a battleship. You can cripple it, but not sink. Even a WW1 BB would soak up a WW2 torp pretty easy!
