Rhino has got to be very pleased with the two videos you have made with the 4155. They have gotten their money worth even if they let you keep the 4155. From a viewers standpoint these have been some of your best videos. Think about it we all like to watch you plant but then we have to wait for harvest. With this video the is INSTANT GRATIFICATION for we the viewers and also for you the operator. I mean objective and results are shown in one video. Thanks Ryan.

A most excellent pair of videos featuring the Rhino beast. Whenever it was possible, back in my day, we did this type of work on those drizzly days when you really did not want to be out on a tilled field. I know the three of you have your hands full with everything you do. Take care and best wishes. Charlie

Brings back memories for me watching you. I grew up on a farm all my life until they owned died from cancer. Farming life has its rewards and its times of reflection. In any case thanks for your willingness to share your videos with us.

i think every piece of equipment Rhino gave out to youtubers this year, I bet has been worth it it for them
@billwhitman15297 жыл бұрын
Key to good bush hogging.... RPM's. One of the most valuable pieces of equipment on the farm. Wait til you're shredding cornstalks this fall. I remember commenting 2-3 years ago that you guys needed something wider than 7'. You'll learn to appreciate your new machine. Don't forget that you can push back brush with one of the wings up as well.

Great reclamation videos. You have the tools to make it happen. The drone to survey and the Rhino 4155 to knock it down.
@klyonsden7 жыл бұрын
Not only give the Rhino to you, but, pay you for the excellent videos! I agree with the rest by saying that these 2 videos were your best. Now let Travis give it a go.

Just want to say .. between the drone flying the property and that brush hog you sir should have no problems at all "reclaiming" the property. Another good video. Thanks
@dougbarber42097 жыл бұрын
Ryan, thanks for the video!!, I love watching your channel and seeing how different the farming is for you and Travis compared to the way we do things out here in the desert!!! The green rolling hills and the creek beds you have on your farms is beautiful!! We have the green till about the middle of June then if it's not irrigated it just turns brown and ugly till next spring. I think you and your dad and brother are some fantastic farmers and land managers by the way you do things. Managing the land and keeping it healthy is one of the many hard tasks that farmers do, and y'all are great at it. Thanks for taking time to share your day with us, keep up the good work

Now this is great content. I enjoy watching your videos every night after a long days work. I breed and raise bucking bulls and work the round baler and haul bales.

That must have been oh so satisfying to watch all that scrub brush perish in person. I know it was from where I was watching. The Rhino 4155 is a brush-eating beast. Any chance we'll get to see this pasture after it's all cleaned up, perhaps for Farm Day?

Don't worry, they'll be back... brush hogging or shredding them off is at best only a temporary solution-- it doesn't touch the roots and brush readily regrows from the roots... It's a good start and it opens things up and makes it more manageable, but to really get CONTROL of the brush you need to follow up with a good herbicide application, even if it's just spot-sprays on the worst spots as they re-green up again... Been there, done that, have the T-shirt... LOL:) Later and best of luck! OL J R :)
@steveearp16897 жыл бұрын
Ryan, maybe your next machine purchase should be a 20 ton excavator to clear those stumps and larger trees.
@toddbrewer82157 жыл бұрын
Sort of reminds me an old Jonny Horton song. You where going threw the bushes where a rabbit couldn't go.
@Gator-127 жыл бұрын
you could clear a lot more of that with a shredder/mulcher attachment on your bobcat. it can get stuff that you can't reach with the bush hog.

If you ever get the chance at more equipment see if you can get a brush hog that runs on the front of a skid loader. Then again I don't know if Rhino makes one but it would get in areas that a tractor could not fit.
@koryleague88337 жыл бұрын
wonder if they make a brush mower for your skid loader you could get in even farther then
@nickferderer25857 жыл бұрын
kory league they make one for the bobcat, their called brushcats
