More weird crazy is Paul is playing “maybe I’m amazed” twice once with I’m guessing Ringo from the sloppy foot. “Maybe I’m amazed “ doesn’t show up till Paul’s first solo record in 1970. Some of the outtakes are from the anthology issued in the 90's. I can't verify all is legit, but some of this I've heard before.

It's real. Demos, outtakes, etc. As said earlier, some of this was heard on the Anthology albums. One part is Paul and friends doing avant garde material as they are talking about in the narration. Childish stuff, that.
