You know, if John Lennon hadn’t died in 1980 - to put it lightly - and if John said yes to reuniting with the other Beatles, I could clearly see Don’t Look Back in Anger being a Beatles track, say circa 1995.

With all due respect, you're qay off. This is almost unlistenable. Makes The Beatles sound crap and a much worse band than Oasis which is clearly ridiculous, even though the Oasis original is a fine record. This would never have graced the magistry that is the Rubber Soul album. Nobody in their right mind can disagree with what I'm saying, not even you! Check out The Subhumans btw. They're a truly great band.

Ok AI you got me this time. Well played, AI, really well played. Now excuse me, I need to cry, just a bit...
The one thing I’m getting from all these AI songs is that if the Beatles did sing Oasis songs and Michael Jackson had sang Beatles songs and Elvis sang a police song it would be crap. And I would hope that even if they ever did (which they wouldn’t) I would think they are talented enough not to do a straight remake. AI is missing one thing. Talent. It’s just cut and paste.

It's a mix, like all Oasis's best songs. I can hear a Paul version but it would be more happy and cheerful like good day sunshine or something. There's a melancholic vibe to DLBIA that's more akin to John.
@jimmyhopkins13168 ай бұрын
It makes the most sense as a George song. The ‘all things must pass’ ‘while my guitar gently weeps’ message; the mid-tempo-ness of something; even the vocal range… Paul would’ve sung it slower, John would’ve wrote ‘look back in anger’ or had too much of that attitude to write it in the first place haha
