The Beatles - Eleanor Rigby (Acoustic cover)

Eleanor Rigby is one of my all time favourite Beatles songs. To make it more interesting for listeners live, I decided to give it a bit of a change in terms of style, making it groove a bit where possible!
For the guitarists amongst you, I'm tuned down a whole step (tone) and I'm in the equivalent of standard tuning. The two chords I'm alternating between are Em and C. Let me know if you have any more questions!

A bit about me:
I am Lewis Foreman, The Anxious Guitarist. I am is a singer and guitarist from the UK who has been playing in front of audiences for the past fifteen years. From stadiums to café's, I can be found either playing my own material or putting a spin on my favourite tunes.
Why 'The Anxious Guitarist'?
Like many musicians and performers, I have struggled with anxiety and depression for the majority of my playing career. In addition to uploading reviews of gear I use and covers of my favourite songs, I will also be uploading the occasional video based on performance anxiety and anxiety in general in the hope that it might help those similar to me.

Lewis, I am a fellow musician, drawn to your channel by your rather candid and clear review of the Bose L1 Compact. I bought the S1 Pro, and was about to click away, when I just liked the sound of your voice and decided to hear you out. You seemed to be spot on with your analysis of the unit. I decided to listen to this, and your voice is much better than you let on! If you ever decide to come to the TCI, give me a link. As an old boy, I am also a BIG fan of The Beatles and their music, and I TOTALLY LOVE the novel way you put this song across!! Well done mate! I only play about with my music as a hobby in my retirement - I'm not as clever as you in order to gig anywhere (although I HAVE done a few open mics which seem to have gone down well) so I envy you getting it out there. I sure wish I'd had a go when I was younger. Anyway, I detract... I've had a look at some of your covers AND your review vids matey, and you play and sing VERY well. Gorgeous voice. Not a huge fan of the arrangement (too much bass and rhythm). You still get a huge thumbs up though. Your voice is exquisite. Check out how Josh Turner approaches it. Makes me want to throw away my Ovation.
