Who's playing lead guitar on this? Doesn't sound anything like George (I know he doesn't on the released version) or even Lennon,but I guess it must be John.

It's only a few notes but it's likely George. He was playing around with a wah pedal a lot during the Let It Be sessions.

Lennon played lead on the released version (watch the live rooftop version for proof). That was definitely Harrison as Lennon was definitely playing rhythm guitar and concentrating on singing on this take. :)
