When George plays the melody to the David Frost theme tune he sounds like a pro faking a tune he's not completely familiar with. When John attempts the same thing he sounds like someone picking up a guitar for the first time.

@@beatlemaniac8527 its on the Anthology video of this era of the beatles. john says something along the lines of "there's the face of david frost". and they also ask if the broadcast is in color and David says its in black and white.
