Philip MUST have included the Necessity of baptism during his explanation of Isaiah to the Ethiopian since there's no mention of baptism in Isaiah 53, and no reason other than Philip's preaching, for the Ethiopian to have known about it, been convicted of his need for it and then to have requested it .
