Great job on this edit, especially with the song choice. This and Kurosawa’s original are incredibly beautiful. I know comparisons are inevitable, and I myself admit I prefer the original, but this film is nonetheless so wonderfully heartwarming and melancholy. Thank you.

Hahaha I didn’t like Ikiru as much personally. For instance, I have a harder time with the acting in kurosawa’s earlier films. Too much for me.

J'adore tes vidéos! Any hopes of ever seeing a " The Beauty of The Bear " video? The show is phenomenal and the shots are incredible at times. A lot of music choices to pick too, I think Let Down By Radiohead is the most fitting as it's s1 finale song. Series are a lot of work to dissect and edit but as the episodes are relatively short .. J'espère!

I didn’t like ikiru when I saw it and preferred this far more. It made me cry whereas Ikiru made me cringe at the acting style. The slow pace made me fall asleep
