While each of those films carry their own traces of the Tarantino style, the films he both writes and directs are his most unique. ... Violence, wit, humor, incredible dialogue, non-linear plots, profanity, references to pop culture, and homage to genres are all parts of the pastiche that make up a Tarantino movie. This is so amazing. Thank you for making this such a great tribute. Nicely done.

Meh. Well said except that thing about the plot. In my opinion, his screenplays are average :/ However he is one of the best directors alive

@@redtrychguy8676 His screenplay is not average his story is simple his dialogue make that story a way better.
@redtrychguy86763 жыл бұрын
@@devadarsanamd.r589 Well, thats subjective not objective. And that simplicity with such slow dialogues is a "not that good Leone technique" something that's bad, if you understand. For instance the story of o.u.at.i.hollywood, pulpfiction, theh8ful8, and deathproof, is dull for me. No coherence. It is original, I do not disagree, but that doesnt mean anything. He is a fucking excellent director, but for me, he is an average writer.

So, from the other 6 that I have watched, the favourite film has to be The Hateful Eight. A very different take on the western genre and OST by The Meastro. His writing his so smooth and captivating.

Cool to see a Tarantino fan have H8ful 8 as their favourite. When I first saw it last year I was pulled in by the film's atmosphere, storytelling and interesting characters. The dialogue really gives that one something special and it was very different from his previous two films - Basterds and Django. It is my fourth favourite from Tarantino

I don’t think Tarantino is a phase lol. There are 3 phases of cinephiles though (IMO). Phase 1: Nolan, Tarantino, etc are amazing! They are my favorite filmmakers! Phase 2: Jesus! Phase 3: If a movie is good, and is paying respect to old cinema, while also creating people who love and discover more movies, then it’s all good.
