Thank you for sharing this video of Sardinia. My family and I lived in La Maddalena from late 1985 to 1987. There was a Filipino-American community there because there was a United States Navy base there (my dad was from Cavite and was in the US Navy, and my mom was from Manilla). The people of La Maddalena were very kind to us and they have delicious food. I am plan on going back to Sardinia and La Maddalena in 2026, so wish me luck!! I just subscribed to your channel.

@@nmargate That's great to know. Unfortunately i never met a Filipino community when we were there. We love so much Sardinia because of the beautiful nature around and the beach of course😊 but my husband is actually from Sicily. Thank you so much, i really appreciate it po.❤️

@@reahinitalia1859 Oh yeah, I believe the Filipino-American community is no longer there since the Navy based closed. 😥 That's awesome that your husband is from Sicily, that's also a beautiful place! And you're right, they definitely have beautiful beaches there. I was in a culture shock back when I went to my first beach in Sardinia as a kid...lol! I missed the beautiful nature of Sardinia, and watching your videos brings back happy memories of my time living there. Thank you!
