Swag G they do have this and other jobs in the prisons. Some have barber shops, they also have laundry, mechanic shops, some make furniture or matress', they also make tires or license plates. Each jail has different jobs for inmates to learn a skill so when or if they get out, they are ready to go back into society to work.

I gotta admit this is pretty amazing to see. As for someone talking about money while yes it takes money into any job or classes in prisons or jails. It also acts as a therapy for most inmates hence why many prison systems have them. It's more healthier for staff an inmates so benefits outweigh the cons of running programs.

I wouldn't want these guys to miss out but not checking their records and giving them access to scissors is pretty sketchy.
