Truck looks good! When you threw down the xacto knife I was wondering what you would have done if you hit that decal after taking all that time cutting it out! You need to find a way to make the BS5000 fit in a holster or some sort of magetic clip on your other pocket. Thanks for sharing!

Rough day in the bee yard my friend. All my hives are wall to wall bees. It's getting expensive keeping weight on them. I've slacked off this week. I'm getting close to a fall flow. Hopefully in a week or 2

My fingers are crossed I get a fall flow this year. Between all of my hives I left between 500 and 1000 pounds on the hives and am hoping that is enough. Sugar is expensive. I have a couple of ne queens ordered for the bee yard that should come in in a week or two.

hey, I did get a notification today on all of my devices, so they at least didn't get one of your subscribers. question on your queenless hives, would it be a better idea to just get one mated queen and combine the two that are queenless so you have a better chance of having a stronger hive going into winter. thanks have a great day. Yippee!!!! My wife got a notification this week too. Maybe I am out of KZbin jail. I have two mated queens on order and expect them around the 9th. I'm researching beekeeping. My son and I are interested in starting. I noticed that you started with the Flow Hive and now I don't see it in your videos any more. Would you recommend starting with the Flow Hive/ cheaper version or just start learning the traditional way?

Actually, I would suggest buying a couple of Langstroth hive kits to get started. Much cheaper. You can buy a full Bee Castle 10 frame hive including frames for 150.00. Here is a link. a.co/d/bWcvWSQ

The flow hive just makes it easier to harvest the honey, still need to get in and work the bees. I've heard that the flow hive knock offs don't work very well, but I have no experience with them or the original
