P.S., This bus goes to Willet Avenue in Port Chester, originally used to terminate & originate at Liberty Square but extended to Willet Avenue. Open-door in the Bronx along Boston Road. Local passengers are not carried along Fordham Road.
Original terminus was Valentine Avenue & East Fordham Road until Mid or late March 2012 60 & 61 Buses were cut back to terminate at Fordham Plaza due to parking issues at Kingsbridge Road & East 192nd Street. However 62 buses still terminate at Valentine Avenue & East Fordham Road since it doesn’t do any lay overs.
